LureGo Terms of Use
These terms explain your rights, responsibilities and important considerations when using the LureGo iPhone app, companion Apple Watch app and related services. Please read them before using LureGo.

Our services
LureGo is provided by 六号网络科技（漳州市龙文）有限公司. It helps lure anglers time fishing trips, count casts, organize catches, record gear, review routes, view Apple Watch status and synchronize related data.
Some features depend on the device model, operating system, network, location services, HealthKit or other system permissions. If you decline an optional permission, features that do not need it remain available.

Accounts, nicknames and LureGo IDs
You may create an account and sign in with Sign in with Apple. Protect your account and device. You choose your nickname; local rules, restricted-word checks and Tencent Cloud TMS review apply. Your Apple name is no longer used as the default nickname. Nicknames are generally 2–12 characters and must not impersonate official accounts, insult others, violate the law or advertise. Follow the character rules and change cooldown shown in the app. Rejected changes, or changes when review is unavailable, are not saved. Existing violating nicknames may be reset to ‘钓友’ followed by the last four digits of the LureGo ID. Contact us to appeal.
A LureGo ID is a randomly assigned nine-digit number. It remains unchanged for the life of the account and is not recycled or assigned to anyone else after deletion. 000000001–099999999 are reserved for official accounts and are not assigned to ordinary users.

Rules of use
Follow applicable laws and the rules of the waters where you fish. You must not:
• Use LureGo for unlawful fishing, infringement of others’ rights or activities that endanger public safety;
• Disrupt, damage or bypass normal operations or security measures of LureGo or related services;
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit LureGo software or content without authorization;
• Upload or record unlawful, infringing, false or potentially harmful content.

Health and safety
Heart rate, active energy, distance, weather, location and safety information are for personal fishing records and general reference. They are not medical diagnoses, rescue commitments, weather warnings or professional safety advice.
Outdoor activities involve risks from water, weather, terrain and communication outages. Assess conditions yourself, follow safety rules, use appropriate lifesaving and protective equipment, and prioritize contacting local emergency services in an emergency.

LureGo Safety
Safety does not guarantee notification delivery or a response, and does not replace professional rescue. After a request is sent, recipients with valid event authorization may view the precise location even before tapping to participate. Participation is voluntary; you are not obliged to attend or attempt a rescue beyond your abilities.
Safety provides assistance such as water-incident requests, location matching and notifications on a voluntary basis. It does not replace 119/120 in mainland China or professional rescue. The app only opens the system calling interface; it does not call on your behalf. Notification delivery, responses and successful rescue are not guaranteed. Read the LureGo Safety Service Agreement and Safety Privacy Notice. Emergency numbers depend on your actual region.

Privacy and fish identification
Before signing in, you must tick the box accepting these terms and the privacy policy. Location, notification and health permissions are granted separately in system dialogs and can be withdrawn in system settings. Nearby Safety requires separate acceptance of its agreement and privacy notice. A system permission dialog does not replace any required separate consent.
See the LureGo Privacy Policy for data processing, separate consent for sensitive information, withdrawal and deletion. Cloud fish identification uploads a photo. Results depend on image quality, the model and similarities between species; they are for reference and do not guarantee species identity, food safety or lawful capture.
For cloud identification, the server removes EXIF and compresses the photo in memory before sending it to Doubao. LureGo’s real-time identification service does not retain the photo for that request or write it to a database or log. Adding the result to your keepnet or confirming a corrected fish name separately submits and stores an account-linked feedback photo and fish name for review and identification improvement. Merely viewing a result is not confirmed feedback. Data is deleted under the account-deletion cleanup rules. See the fish-identification data notice.

Intellectual property
Intellectual property in LureGo software, interfaces, branding, text, graphics and related content belongs to us or the respective rights holders. You retain the applicable rights in your lawfully recorded catch photos, notes and other content.
Without written permission, you may not commercially copy, publish, sell, rent or adapt LureGo or protected content, except where the law provides otherwise.

Service changes and termination
We may adjust, suspend or end some services for upgrades, security, maintenance, legal requirements or events beyond our control. Changes that may materially affect your rights will be explained through the app, website notices or other appropriate means.
If device failures, network outages, system restrictions, events beyond our control or third-party service failures make services temporarily unavailable, we will take reasonable recovery measures, without making unrealistic guarantees about outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

Account deletion and disputes
Confirm account deletion in Profile → Account → Delete account. Once the server accepts it, the account is disabled and all device sessions are invalidated immediately; cloud business data is cleaned up and Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked. See the retention rules for cloud-data and backup deadlines and legal exceptions. Local LureGo data is also cleared; system Photos and Apple Watch data are unaffected. An offline device’s local copy does not automatically disappear when deletion occurs on another device. A subsequent sign-in with the same Apple ID creates a new account. If the network fails or deletion is unconfirmed, check the app’s status or contact us; tapping a button alone does not mean every step is complete. You may also request deletion at support@luretrack.com; we respond within 15 working days. Deleted LureGo IDs are not recycled. Account information, trips, catches, support feedback and identification corrections are retained until you delete the relevant content or account. Cloud data is deleted immediately after account deletion, with a small amount taking a few minutes. Database backups cover the most recent 14 days; deleted account data is removed from backups within 15 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes may first be discussed by email; if unresolved, proceedings may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Consumers’ statutory litigation rights are not restricted. These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Uncertainty in service notices, identification or mutual-help outcomes does not remove LureGo’s duties of reasonable technical safeguards, risk notices and personal-information protection. For personal injury, intentional misconduct or gross negligence by LureGo is not the sole possible basis of liability.
See the privacy-policy retention rules for statutory retention and temporary inability-to-delete exceptions to these deadlines. Updating a webpage does not itself constitute your consent to a new processing scope. Where fresh consent is legally required, confirmation must occur before the relevant processing.
